HELLO!
I am an experienced real estate professional with more than 10 years in the industry. I was fortunate to work alongside my dad, Brian Smith for many years before his passing in 2019. My years working as a father-daughter team provided me with invaluable experience that I bring to every transaction, today.
I became a realtor because I love helping people. Whether its for happy reason or sad reason, I don't take for granted the weight of buying or selling a home.
As a multi-million-dollar earner, I have achieved remarkable success and am currently in the top 1% of realtors in the Quad Cities area. I am committed to providing superior service to my clients!
Matt and I purchased Eldridge Lumberyard in 2023 and have thoroughly enjoyed this new venture.
In 2014, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Melanoma at just 27 years old. I was treated at the University of Iowa, and fortunately, today, I am cancer free! But going through that experience gave me a lot of perspective - helping me undertand the importance of living every day to the fullest.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, taking classes at orange theory fitness, cheering for the Hawkeyes, and hanging out with my kids Olivia & Jack, my husband Matt, and our German Shepherd/Husky Finnegan.
